Assembly
The assembly process involves inserting the banana plugs (the satellite connectors) and RCA inputs, as well as the connections to the amplifier. These must be connected to the amplifier in the enclosure using copper wires. The power adapter and the potentiometer (which controls the volume) are anchored to the ceramic enclosure with epoxy glue. The nylon feet on which the amplifier is mounted fit precisely into the legs of the enclosure. The nylon feet are also bonded (semi-permanently) to the enclosure with epoxy.

The driver nodes are soldered to copper wires that connect to the amplifier's subwoofer input. Once the connections are in place, several sheets of polyester wool are placed for internal damping.

Finally, a flange (a laser-cut wooden ring with glued nuts) is placed on the back of the ceramic flange and held in place with tape; this is deliberately not glued. The driver is installed and the five bolts are tightened.

Everything except the power connector and the potentiometer is removable.
Connect the power and go! Listen to the results (Note: Since the satellites are not connected, it only plays back the bass.)
